About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct legal and documentary analysis of electrical damage insurance claims
- Review technical documents, expert reports, assessments, and other materials related to indemnified events
- Prepare legal opinions on the feasibility or infeasibility of filing lawsuits
- Contact and liaise with clients to request and follow up on outstanding documents
- Draft and send extrajudicial notices
- Occasionally draft low-complexity initial pleadings
- Conduct case law and legislative research related to the matters under review
- Maintain the organization and control of databases, information, and documents under responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Strong writing and written communication skills
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Organization and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
