About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle high-volume civil litigation with structured management of the case portfolio
- Draft court filings (complaints, defenses, and appeals) based on established legal arguments
- Manage deadlines and monitor the full lifecycle of proceedings
- Define and implement legal strategies aligned with each client’s profile
- Liaise with corporate clients to align on matters and results
- Work on matters involving civil liability, consumer law, the internet and digital platforms, privacy, and data protection (LGPD)
- Participate in negotiations and settlements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Law
- Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing in a legal context)
- Ability to independently manage multiple proceedings simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to deadlines, and a clear sense of priorities
- Excellent communication skills and clarity in legal writing
