About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts case law, legal scholarship, and legislative research.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license, with experience at a law firm as a Junior or Mid-Level Attorney.
- General knowledge of key legal theories and specific legislation.
- Understanding of the legal system, rules, and procedures.
- Understanding of the judicial structure and public authorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced/fluent English proficiency (priority requirement).
- Strong digital fluency.
- A postgraduate degree in civil procedure, civil law, and/or corporate law is a plus.
