Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined portfolio within Arcadia's platform, partnering day-to-day with embedded engineering teams through the full SDLC
- Translate business goals, customer needs, and technical realities into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and well-scoped increments
- Engage deeply with engineering on data pipelines, data models, and enrichment, making informed priority decisions
- Run and participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and incident/RCA reviews
- Deconstruct ambiguous or large-scale goals into MVPs and iterative delivery plans
- Use SQL and product/data instrumentation to self-serve answers, validate hypotheses, and make data-informed prioritization decisions
- Replicate, triage, and help troubleshoot complex product issues alongside engineering
- Communicate roadmap progress, technical risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with design, operations, commercial, marketing, and analytics teams to drive adoption and measurable value
- Balance shipping new capabilities with technical debt management, performance, and platform scalability
- Develop platform, data-model, and technical-stack fluency
- Establish product and delivery metrics for prioritization and stakeholder reporting
- Lead technical discovery involving data investigation, feasibility checks, and pipeline architecture discussions
- Drive roadmap strategy balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability and technical health
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, improve data quality, and unlock technical capabilities
- Mentor peers and contribute to product-engineering process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4–7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven track record taking products from requirements through SDLC to launch, including scoping MVPs and iterating post-launch
- Experience engaging in technical tradeoff discussions involving architecture, APIs, data flows, scalability, and implementation approach
- Healthcare, health-tech, or complex B2B data/SaaS experience strongly preferred; population health, value-based care, or interoperability experience is a plus
- Hands-on SQL proficiency
- Working understanding of database and data-platform technologies, such as Snowflake and cloud data warehouses
- Comfort partnering with engineers on API design, system architecture, and technical constraints
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and hands-on execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and breaking large problems into deliverable increments
- Ability to facilitate trade-off conversations across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to clear, current documentation
- Experience with healthcare data standards or interoperability frameworks, such as FHIR, and regulatory-grade data environments preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled product capabilities preferred
- Experience with BI/visualization tools and large-scale data platforms preferred
- Background in math, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or prior experience as a software engineer or data analyst preferred
