Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee strategic product management for assigned technical product lines in support of Enterprise organization goals and market needs
- Engage key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features
- Ensure delivery of marketable capabilities for U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams
- Align strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape outcome-based roadmaps, product risk, investment areas, and success measures
- Own the backlog and drive product development with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate speed to market
- Define and deliver product performance goals across Enterprise users
- Own engagement for the assigned technical portfolio regarding the SDLC, including adoption and collaboration
- Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics from internal and external sources
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Use performance metrics to advance identified strategies and initiatives
- Leverage OKRs to drive roadmap priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical Product Management experience
- Expertise in product model system interdependencies, solution planning, business metrics, key performance indicators, service blueprints, and reusability
- Technical knowledge of product architecture and economics of technical investments
- Deep understanding of target customers through internal/external research, personas, story maps, and product chartering/mapping
- Strong collaboration with software engineers
- Knowledge of product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, agile ways of working, enterprise technical alignment, and performance measurement and optimization
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Connect or enterprise contact center platforms
- Understanding of IVR design, contact flows, call routing, and customer experience optimization
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, APIs, integration patterns, and microservices architectures
- Familiarity with conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP, and intelligent automation solutions
- Understanding of authentication technologies, MFA, identity verification, and fraud detection platforms
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, CRM, knowledge management systems, and enterprise support operations
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
