Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple projects
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and responsiveness
- Coordinate and order materials required for upcoming projects
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale project initiatives
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Requirements
What you’ll need- ATM Rigging Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong client-facing abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter who is proactive, driven, and adaptable
- Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, furniture, or related industries preferred
- Familiarity with project management software, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other business tools preferred
- Internship, co-op, or professional experience in project-based environments preferred
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience is a plus
