About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store
- Manage and develop a retail store team
- Oversee merchandising and product launches
- Meet and exceed sales objectives
- Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services
- Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed

Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience

- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Bilingual Spanish capability
