About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide environmental consulting and project delivery support across a broad portfolio of projects
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions and support client relationship management
- Prepare technical and financial proposals for environmental and social consulting projects
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to bid strategies
- Coordinate with technical specialists and project teams to develop proposals
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities
- Lead and manage environmental and social assessment projects from initiation through completion
- Serve as Project Manager, Project Director, or Technical Lead as required
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise fieldwork, including baseline studies, stakeholder consultations, surveys, and site assessments
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Lead preparation of EIA, ESIA, ESDD, planning studies, environmental compliance reports, and other technical deliverables
- Review and provide quality assurance for internal and subcontractor reports
- Ensure technical outputs meet client, regulatory, and international good-practice requirements
- Provide technical guidance during fieldwork, analysis, and report preparation
- Mentor and coach junior consultants and technical staff
- Support internal methodologies, templates, best practices, capacity-building, and knowledge-sharing
- Support strategic planning, service development, resource planning, and project staffing
- Monitor project risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, environmental planning, impact assessment, permitting, or related fields
- DENR-EMB-accredited EIA Preparer
- Experience in EIA/ESIA/ESDD and environmental compliance assessments
- Experience conducting ESDD, E&S compliance audits, and ESMS audits
- Knowledge of international environmental and social frameworks, including ADB, AIIB, IFC Performance Standards, World Bank EHS Guidelines, Equator Principles, and other GIIP requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Planning, Biology, Ecology, Sustainability, Natural Resources Management, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental regulations, permitting requirements, environmental legislation, and industry standards
- Experience in project management, proposal preparation, field investigations, technical report writing, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in multidisciplinary consulting, engineering, infrastructure, or environmental project environments
