About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the execution of client transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows and reduce operational risks
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client processing
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members
- Monitor and analyze transaction processing metrics

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 plus years of technical and management experience preferred
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus
- Prior subject matter expert, team lead, or leadership experience highly preferred
- Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience
- Familiarity with loan servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in transaction processing systems
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
- Prior loan operations experience in a financial services setting preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
