About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center
- Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email
- Monitor orders to ensure timely production and delivery
- Understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service
- Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders to ensure it is production ready
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- All positions are on-site
