About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Must hold unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported
Must have a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English
Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfort using technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to use comprehensive assessments
Must be fully/independently licensed
Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as required for market expansion
Availability for 30 client-care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
