About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan
Provide mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or an equivalent credential
Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
