About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
Provide care through telehealth software and video communication
Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Current full/independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, or LISW
Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week
Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
