About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide full-time outpatient clinical services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
Complete 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care
Develop treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments
Partner with clients to achieve their goals
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Work with patients with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
Support Brave Health’s expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Eligibility to work in the United States
Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or renewal
Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
Must meet background and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
