About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver mental health care to patients across the lifespan
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
Provide care for patients with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week
Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools
Obtain additional state licenses to support Brave Health's expansion into new markets when required
Participate in the application process, including a post-application questionnaire and recruiter discussion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to use comprehensive assessments
Fully/independently licensed in at least one state
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week (approximately 6 clients per day)
Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
