About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support supervision of a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients
- Assist with assessments, skill acquisition programs, and behavior intervention plan implementation
- Conduct caregiver and staff training as directed by supervising BCBAs
- Monitor client progress and collect meaningful treatment data
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to BTs and RBTs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Support clinical programming and help ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively under BCBA guidance
- Work closely with experienced BCBAs and operational support teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCaBA certification in good standing
- Experience in ABA services preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping individuals with Autism reach their goals
- Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles County for client visits and supervision
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Minimum of 25 billable hours per week
