About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients
- Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Review, update, and oversee behavior intervention programs
- Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality ABA services for children and young adults with Autism
- Focus on clinical excellence with support from scheduling, client services, authorization, billing, HR, and training teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous BCBA experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work across home, school, clinic, and community settings
- Passion for delivering meaningful, client-centered care
- Maintain compliance with BACB standards and ethical practices
