About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical leadership
- Supervise staff
- Oversee ABA programming
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients
- Maintain at least 25 billable hours per week
- Conduct assessments and complete treatment planning
- Review and supervise behavior intervention programs
- Provide ongoing coaching and clinical supervision to BTs and RBTs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and ethical service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- MUST HAVE ACTIVE BCBA CERTIFICATION
- Active BCBA Certification through the BACB
- Previous BCBA experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in home, school, and community settings
