About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day administration of pensions, benefits and wellbeing programmes
- Maintain and validate employee benefits data, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Produce regular reports and data extracts to support HR and Reward stakeholders
- Assist with benefits enrolments, renewals and employee lifecycle activities
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, working with providers and internal teams where required
- Support invoice processing, reconciliations and routine reporting activities
- Respond to employee and HR queries relating to pensions and benefits
- Help ensure processes are completed in line with agreed policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and support benefits-related projects when required
- Work closely with HR and Reward stakeholders, benefit providers and internal Bupa teams across the EMEA region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience within HR, benefits, pensions, reward or a similar administrative environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, reports and large volumes of information
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and resolving queries
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- An interest in employee benefits, pensions and wellbeing programmes
