Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related field
- 15 years of progressive engineering experience
- 4 years managing consumer-facing technologies, quality engineering, releases, DevOps, performance and scalability
- Experience designing, developing, and optimizing digital platforms powering web channels for high-traffic corporate websites and applications
- Experience modernizing complex legacy systems and launching new digital capabilities
- Experience with core digital systems (eCommerce, OMS) and omni-channel strategy and execution
- Experience leading global, distributed engineering teams and ensuring Agile project execution is on time, within scope and budget
- Experience in enterprise-scale integration technology such as SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Enterprise Service Bus
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel
