Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and improve core infrastructure supporting production systems
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Support and implement voice integration solutions across products
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and execute infrastructure and development work
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of infrastructure and integration tasks across multiple teams
- Assist with client integrations, including configuration and deployment of technical solutions
- Contribute to high-availability, scalable, and fault-tolerant system design
- Work with distributed teams, including international DevOps teams, to extend coverage across time zones
- Participate in regular syncs, standups, and planning sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and backend development (Node.js)
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, including microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures
- DevOps background with hands-on infrastructure experience
- Experience with AWS services, including VPC, S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and Route53
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and respond to production issues under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluent English
- Experience with voice technologies or voice-enabled systems is nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS, GKE, or K3s, is nice to have
- Experience with ArgoCD or Kubernetes Operators is nice to have
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, is nice to have
- Experience with AWS DevOps tools such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and Systems Manager is nice to have
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications, including CKAD, are nice to have
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or other AI/voice-related services is nice to have
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
