About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans
- Configure and customize software solutions to meet client-specific needs
- Meet with existing and potential clients to define business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and determine where new services or software can add value
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex implementation issues
- Conduct implementation pilots, identify product and process improvement areas, and make recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate
- Develop project proposals addressing goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements
- Manage project risks and ensure project quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 years of experience working in project management required
- 7 years of experience preferred
- Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Project Management Institute certification preferred
- None required under Certifications / Licenses
