About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure mass issuance files are in good order and in the proper format
- Participate in client calls or communications regarding mass issuance files
- Ensure files meet all data requirements in the file template and Registration Guide
- Respond to client inquiries regarding required documents
- Provide feedback on exception processing
- Initiate and execute exception processing requests
- Educate clients on the Mass Issuance process
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and service client-related files
- Monitor, track, and confirm incoming client files
- Validate and upload client files using Excel
- Create and run Excel macros against client files
- Partner with clients, Computershare’s internal Technology Group, and other internal contacts to ensure accuracy and timely service delivery
- Perform data analysis and recommend data cleansing opportunities
- Research and resolve out-of-balance conditions with reconciliation teams and clients
- Maintain client/transfer agency relationships with issuers
- Support issuers on file format, data load requirements, and processing procedure changes
- Consult with internal business partners to identify and document business needs, objectives, operational procedures, and industry security requirements
- Assist with department-specific projects
- Complete other duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills – Client facing
- Ability to review and interpret client’s letters of instructions
- Problem resolution skills
- Reconciliation skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of internal proprietary systems (SCRIP, Workflow, DocViewer, Issuer Online, SharePoint etc.)
- Knowledge of Product Offerings
- 5+ years of industry knowledge
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFCreator
