About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Train and educate end-users across the Revenue Cycle
- Deliver computer system training and other general Revenue Cycle education
- Conduct classroom instruction and credentialing
- Perform needs assessments
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintenance
- Develop and maintain online education modules
- Conduct quality reviews
- Schedule and coordinate classes
- Participate in special project assignments
- Participate in workgroups to evaluate process changes and improvements
- Assist with system upgrades and new system implementations
- Collaborate with the education team and share education duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in related field OR 8 years of experience in education/healthcare
- 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience OR 2 years of formal training experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform “on stage,” utilizing excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to teach/train and control classroom settings
- Commitment to the success of students and co-workers at all levels
- Ability to give developmentally appropriate feedback to others at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum
- Critical thinking, analytical, and reasoning skills for problem solving
- Ability to promote teamwork at all levels
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to foster and maintain positive, service-oriented relationships with leaders and co-workers at all levels while demonstrating Partners Values
