About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
- Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options
- Float to nearby clinics as needed
- Build long-term relationships with patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions
- Apply broad nursing skills while caring for medically complex patients
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
- Flexible schedule required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 2 Saturdays per month
- Dialysis experience not required; training provided
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience preferred but not required
- CNN/CDN certification preferred but not required
- New graduate RNs encouraged to apply
