Key responsibilities & impact- Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile findings to dealer records
- Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
- Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting
- Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
- Use a company-supplied tablet PC while performing services
- Conduct inventory verification and valuation services for manufacturers, banks, and finance companies
- Travel to business locations within the assigned service area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
- Comfortable using mobile applications
- Detail oriented and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Possess a smartphone (Android or iOS)
- Willingness to function within a team atmosphere
- Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing beneficial but not required
- Must complete Form I-9 and satisfy work-authorization verification requirements
