About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete assigned tasks according to Account Setup Forms (ASF) for enrolled accounts
- Communicate with Account Owners, Stakeholders and globally located departments
- Update documentation related to the reporting process
- Provide first-level support for data-quality queries in specific reports
- Work on problems and projects ranging from simple to moderately complex
- Audit reports prepared by team members for quality and compliance with standards
- Propose and implement agreed process improvements and optimizations
- Reply to emails within two working days
- Perform other tasks requested by the superior
- Prepare and send customer reports based on customer-specific requirements and defined documentation
- Measure data quality and ensure reporting is completed accurately and within deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained Forwarder - preferred
- English language at least at a B2 level
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills
- Minimal work experience not required
- Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and manager’s orders
