Key responsibilities & impact- Independently guide customers from the initial requirements analysis through to the production-ready solution
- Analyze complex business processes and conduct and facilitate customer workshops
- Develop comprehensive solution concepts that take into account business requirements, data models, interfaces, and technical constraints
- Design and implement prototypes, applications, and complex solutions using the engomo low-code app platform
- Assume technical responsibility for customer solutions from conception through testing and acceptance to a successful go-live
- Advise and empower customers to independently implement and further develop their applications
- Work closely with Product Management, Development, and Sales
- Identify and communicate customer feedback, opportunities for technical improvement, and reusable solution approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, software implementation, or a comparable customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Experience independently analyzing complex customer requirements
- Experience developing technical solution concepts and supporting their implementation
- Familiarity with data models, APIs, interfaces, and system integrations
- Ideally, experience with low-code platforms, SaaS solutions, or comparable technologies
- Strong analytical thinking and consulting skills
- Structured, self-directed approach to work
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to make well-founded decisions and develop pragmatic solutions
- Hands-on mentality
