Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze and structure business, operational and technical requirements from internal stakeholders across Engineering, SCADA Operations, Service and Product teams
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, complete and implementable functional specifications for software development teams
- Ensure traceability throughout the engineering lifecycle
- Act as the technical interface between business functions and development teams
- Facilitate discussions, clarify requirements and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Support development and standardization of Nordex’s SCADA and IIoT solutions, including Nordex OS, NC2 SCADA, WinCC and SIFT interfaces
- Analyze technical incidents, product issues and field feedback from operating wind farms
- Identify root causes and create development tickets for implementation
- Review, validate and improve technical specifications with engineering, software development and operational teams
- Coordinate technical activities, priorities and dependencies across SCADA-related initiatives
- Support project planning and implementation
- Identify technical risks, assess impacts and contribute to mitigation strategies
- Document requirements, specifications, design decisions and acceptance criteria using established processes and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Automatisierungstechnik, Regelungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, als Product Owner, im technischen Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion in einem Software- oder Industrieumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von SCADA-Systemen, idealerweise in der Windenergiebranche oder in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Automatisierungsumfeld
- Fähigkeit, technische Softwarekonzepte zu verstehen und effektiv mit Entwicklungsteams zu kommunizieren sowie Geschäftsanforderungen in funktionale Spezifikationen zu überführen
- Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen, technischer Dokumentation und Anforderungsnachverfolgbarkeit
- Kenntnisse industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle wie OPC UA und Modbus sowie grundlegende SQL-Kenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse von Linux- und Windows-Umgebungen sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Datenbankkonzepten
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps oder Siemens Teamcenter ist von Vorteil
- Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Python, Datenanalyse, agilen Methoden, IT-/OT-Architekturen, industrieller Cybersicherheit oder Windparkmanagement (WfM) sind wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Deutsch- oder Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
