About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel between assigned branches to provide customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services
- Resolve customer concerns and provide product details focused on clients’ financial needs
- Manage and retain clients
- Introduce clients to Mortgage and Business Banking partners
- Participate in lending, basic investment, and more complex banking conversations
- Support team efforts to achieve growth targets for deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition
- Deliver client introductions to appropriate team members and execute sales initiatives
- Assist with account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication
- Deliver client engagement and education
- Conduct lead calling, set and complete weekly appointments, and identify client needs
- Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly
- Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required
- Maintain compliance with regulatory policies, standards, and applicable laws
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4–5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Completion of required compliance trainings
- No unusual physical exertion is involved
