About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead implementation and champion adoption of Omnissa solutions for major customers
- Solve customer challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces using Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE
- Implement Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon solutions during post-sales customer engagements
- Become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues
- Lead workshops to understand and refine customer goals and business and technical requirements
- Propose, design, implement, and test technical solutions
- Document customer environments and procedures
- Transfer knowledge to customers and guide successful platform adoption for end users
- Interact with customer technical teams, system administrators, business leaders, and executives
- Challenge existing delivery processes and improve consulting tools, knowledge, and implementation methodology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technology related 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products
- Subject-matter expertise in end-user computing
- Ability to lead workshops and understand customers’ business and technical requirements
- Ability to propose and design technical solutions
- Ability to implement and test solutions
- Ability to document customers and procedures and transfer knowledge to customers
- Effective communication with technical engineers, system administrators, business leaders, and executives
- Ability to travel occasionally Monday through Thursday
- Must not require employment-based immigration sponsorship by Omnissa
