Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent education training, and work-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in analytics or data science roles
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- English language fluency required
- Advanced degree (Master’s) in Data Science, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in analytics or data science (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise technology, operations, governance, risk, transformation, or related functions within a large organization (preferred)
- Knowledge of change management, process improvement, and organizational transformation practices (preferred)
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (preferred)
