Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Distribution and Transportation leaders to improve performance across the Plan to Deliver value stream
- Serve as a trusted business advisor and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Map current workflows, decisions, handoffs, and pain points
- Design future workflows that simplify work and address root causes
- Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to align requirements and resolve dependencies
- Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for assigned products
- Define business requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures
- Partner with developers and engineers to shape solutions using shared standards and existing capabilities
- Evaluate analytics, automation, AI, and agentic workflows and guide experimentation
- Guide squad delivery priorities, stakeholder commitments, business tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies
- Lead business validation and user acceptance testing
- Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations using products
- Track business outcomes and prioritize improvements
- Maintain ownership after launch, including user support, reliability, maintenance, enhancements, and product retirement
- Travel up to 25% or once a quarter
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to map and reimagine a business process to deliver business value
- Ability to lead a team of developers to meet delivery commitments
- Ability to learn new solution capabilities
- Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
- Experience using Power BI to develop or interpret business insights
- Working knowledge of SQL and VS Code for data exploration and prototyping
- Experience with process mapping, workflow automation, AI, or agentic solutions
- Experience with Agile product ownership, prioritization, and value measurement
- Experience in a regulated environment such as medical devices
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Candidates in Minnesota will be on-site
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship is offered for Principal-level roles and above; roles below Principal require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment
