Key responsibilities & impact- Execute processes for granting, modifying, revoking and periodically reviewing access
- Administer users, groups, profiles, roles and permissions across corporate platforms, cloud environments and identity directories
- Support onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding processes for employees and third parties
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses and identify access conflicts
- Execute access certification and review campaigns
- Support the management of privileged accounts and administrative access
- Support audits, internal controls and compliance assessments
- Maintain evidence and documentation related to security processes
- Monitor metrics, exceptions and action plans related to access management
- Identify and propose improvements and automations for IAM processes
- Gradually support security monitoring, log analysis, vulnerability management and incident response activities
- Work closely with Technology teams, business areas, audit teams, vendors and strategic partners
- Join the Information Security and Cybersecurity team
- Contribute to the evolution of security, governance and compliance processes, supporting the protection of the organization’s critical assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Networking or a related field
- One year of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity or Information Technology
- Three years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
- Knowledge of the identity and access lifecycle
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Experience administering users, groups, profiles and permissions
- Knowledge of the principles of least privilege and need-to-know access
- Ability to analyze audit trails and evidence
- Preferred: experience with IAM, IGA or PAM tools
- Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS Identity Center
- Preferred: knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Preferred: knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
- Preferred: experience automating processes and integrating systems via APIs
- Preferred: knowledge of Zero Trust
- Preferred: knowledge of security monitoring, log analysis and incident response
- Preferred: experience in regulated environments, audits or internal controls
- Preferred: certifications or courses in Information Security, IAM, Cloud Security or IT Service Management
