Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements in line with strategic priorities
- Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for project optimization
- Propose appropriate solutions based on the existing ecosystem and industry best practices
- Structure, formalize, and prioritize requirements (product vision, MVP, backlog)
- Write clear, actionable functional specifications
- Work closely with technical teams to define and validate solutions
- Support projects end to end through to production deployment
- Track the value generated and benefits of deployed solutions
- Engage with key stakeholders and facilitate effective project communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis within structured and/or transformation environments (Waterfall)
- Strong analytical, structuring, and prioritization skills
- Good understanding of IT environments
- Knowledge of data, APIs, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Ability to work in complex environments at the intersection of business and IT
- Experience in an Agile or hybrid environment is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders (business, IT, and other stakeholders)
- Autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented
- Experience collaborating with a PM/BA pairing is a plus
- C1-level French required
