Requirements
What you’ll need- Three or more years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
- Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation in Arizona
- Familiarity with Arizona rules and procedures
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal instruction
- Experience conducting background checks using public records databases
- Experience using Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, and court websites
- Experience with document productions, including converting various file types to PDF
- Experience redacting confidential information
- Experience preparing privilege logs and chronologies
- Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
- Previous insurance defense experience is a plus
- Cover letter and resume required for consideration
