Lead, coordinate, and deliver challenging IT projects from concept through implementation
Take full responsibility for project management decisions, including budget and resource planning
Build and lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and project assistants
Take responsibility for the team
Ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, at least 2–3 years of experience as an IT consultant, IT project lead/manager, or in a comparable IT role
Experience with agile development, particularly Scrum
Experience as a project lead or project manager
Strong knowledge of agile methods and project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure
Strong technical understanding and knowledge of various IT technologies
Ability to analyze complex requirements and turn them into actionable projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead Scrum teams of 5 to 15 people
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Fluent in German and English
A strong sense of responsibility, a hands-on approach, and a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to commit to a long-term role, rather than joining only as a short-term bridge for 1–2 months
