About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design B2B workflows and interfaces for product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, and account management
- Develop clear dashboards, reports, and data-intensive views
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams in Commerce Squads
- Support topics from problem definition through to production-ready solutions
- Conduct user research, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests with retailers, partners, and internal users
- Translate research insights into concrete product improvements
- Work in a hypothesis- and data-driven manner, measuring success based on adoption, efficiency, and user feedback
- Further develop the “Pulse” Design System using Figma and Storybook
- Ensure a consistent user experience across the platform
- Test new design and prototyping approaches, including AI-assisted methods
- Actively contribute to the UX & Product Design Practice
- Actively help shape INTERSPORT ONE as the central platform for business partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications
- Experience designing complex workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards
- Very good knowledge of Figma and experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries, ideally Storybook
- Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven product development
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and development teams
- Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environments
- Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code
- Technical understanding of components, Design Tokens, and modern frontend architectures
- Experience with accessibility / WCAG or low-code prototyping
