Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate, triage, diagnose, and help resolve system issues for internal and external clients
- Work with IT teams and suppliers as needed
- Provide ongoing support until tickets are fully resolved
- Analyze reported system issues to determine validity, severity, and reproduction steps
- Assist Senior Analysts with business requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancement documentation
- Record changes to existing systems and help maintain complete support documentation
- Support business and client needs and research, escalating findings to the appropriate team member
- Assist senior staff with client and user requirements gathering, status reports, release notes, and task planning
- Follow change management processes
- Coordinate client-specific requests and resources
- Handle outage notifications
- Support weekly reporting of incoming, open, and closed issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to identify trends and assess the severity of defects and data issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Insurance industry experience
