About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and pilot execution
- Identify process gaps, issues, and the impact of manual workarounds
- Analyze functional and cross-functional issues and own business direction, prioritization, and product roadmaps
- Manage multiple workstreams while balancing operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and delivery commitments
- Drive process improvements, platform modernization, and operational transformation
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Develop communication strategies for product deployments, enhancements, and post-rollout support
- Perform User Acceptance Testing, including test execution, analysis, test-case design, resource allocation, and progress updates
- Develop executive-level reporting, business metrics, and leadership updates
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to align global support structures and identify operational efficiency opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable work with Product, DIO, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain documentation, knowledge-transfer materials, and business-process guidance
- Communicate progress and manage risks and issues
- Analyze pre- and post-implementation results and assess project benefits and success metrics
- Create and coordinate smaller project plans and resources using appropriate tools and techniques
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in a related technical field combined with project management and systems-based experience preferred
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects with strong ownership and accountability
- Data-driven mindset and ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with limited direction
- Strategic thinking balancing short-term operational needs with long-term objectives
- Ability to communicate with diverse groups globally
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead discussions, facilitate workshops, and drive decisions to closure
