About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct business analysis for various business platforms
- Prepare and present parts of written client status reports
- Complete analysis on large data sets
- Develop competency in federal and state policy, specifically federal funding requirements
- Assist with implementation of major project phases or tasks
- Participate on proposal writing teams, including writing and coordinating submissions
- Assist with preparation of written reports, major deliverables, and other client materials
- Collect and enter project-related data
- Assist in development and maintenance of project budgets and prepare client invoices
- Support customer service functions for clients, including phone lines and email inboxes
- Learn use and operation of proprietary PCG software products
- Communicate issues and recommendations to project leaders and software development teams
- Coordinate project requirements and client expectations
- Respond to client inquiries
- Other responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT or other relevant field
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented problem-solving approach to business and technical issues
- Flexibility and willingness to embrace change
- Self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity
- Enthusiasm for lifelong learning and staying well-informed about current industry issues
- Commitment to deliver exceptional client service
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to review IT systems and analyze policy and legislation
- Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- PMI certifications a plus
