Key responsibilities & impact- Provide business management support to programs in the NIC Division of the C&IS Business Unit
- Report directly to the Department Manager of the Strategic Intelligence and Data Exploitation Operating Unit
- Interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers, and business managers to provide financial support and analysis
- Analyze cost data and prepare program financial reports for internal and external customers
- Track program cost incurrence, material, and labor expenses
- Support cost estimate development, invoicing, customer proposals, negotiations, and audits
- Forecast financial statements, the Annual Operating Plan, and the Labor Resource Plan
- Support identification and mitigation of program cost and schedule risks
- Perform Earned Value Management tasks, including developing the performance measurement baseline, forecasting Estimate at Complete, controlling change management processes, and preparing status reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a business-adjacent degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of financial work experience, or a Master's degree
- Basic understanding of Government Compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, chart generation, and VBA macros
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
- US citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
- SAP, COGNOS, or similar ERP software experience (preferred)
- Experience in data mining and database management (preferred)
- Professional experience in Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, or Telecommunications (preferred)
- Earned Value Management customer reporting and COBRA experience (preferred)
