Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the GTM data roadmap to build scalable, durable data products
- Build and maintain key data pipelines and marts powering company-wide GTM metrics, including headcount modeling, quota attainment, and pipeline
- Build insightful and reliable dashboards to track core metric performance and deliver company-wide insights
- Collaborate with GTM analyst teams to train and enable them on datasets and data tools
- Write documentation and tutorials
- Perform work across the full analytics stack, from ad hoc analysis and reports to pipeline architecture
- Build semantic models and run evaluations to power AI tools that allow sales operators to query business data in natural language
- Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining clean, maintainable code, models, and documentation
- Communicate complex data concepts through technical specifications, dashboards, and presentations to align teams on metrics and definitions
- Report to the Director of Business Intelligence as part of a centralized global team of analytics engineers and data engineers
- Ensure accurate data and a single source of truth for GTM and growth metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering
- Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design
- Expert level SQL skills
- Experience with columnar analytics databases such as Snowflake and BigQuery
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce’s data model and other GTM systems
- Experience with dbt and Git
- Experience with business intelligence tools; direct Hex experience is a bonus
- Experience working with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams
- Experience building with AI tooling for data, such as semantic models, context management systems, and evals
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to self-project manage work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort speaking with business executives and engineers and translating between the two groups at IC and senior stakeholder level
- Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
