About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the two-year Mueller Development Program
- Rotate through different roles for 6 to 12 months based on functional area, business needs, and career aspirations
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple mechanical engineering disciplines and sites
- Contribute to product design, manufacturing, additive manufacturing, continuous improvement, validation/testing, project management, and sales support
- Collaborate with leaders to implement strategies, optimize processes, and drive change
- Build relationships across the organization
- Upon successful completion, transition into a full-time role within the field of work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Early-career professional suitable for a structured two-year development program
- Ability to participate in rotations lasting 6 to 12 months
- Ability to relocate to various Mueller locations as required
- Mechanical engineering background relevant to product design, manufacturing, additive manufacturing, continuous improvement, validation/testing, project management, and sales support
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by the employer's E-Verify and right-to-work requirements
