About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help cover all technical design responsibilities for the Men’s Young Customer (Nordstrom Made brands)
- Collaborate with design partners on tech pack handoffs
- Spec samples and prepare for fittings
- Conduct fittings and take fit notes
- Send fit comments to vendors and answer vendor emails
- Review PP and TOP samples
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Technical Design or related field
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Apparel Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Pattern Making or related field or equivalent industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
