Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve incidents sustainably and plan and implement changes in line with processes and SLAs
- Proactively optimize systems through upgrades, migrations, monitoring, and adjustments

- Operate complex WAN core, ISP peering, and cloud networking environments
- Participate in on-call rotations and carry out scheduled out-of-hours changes in accordance with customer SLAs
- Collaborate within the Network Operations team in the Platform Services department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience operating networks, including routing and switching
- Practical experience with troubleshooting and working with the CLI
- Ability to navigate complex network environments
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Bash
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT or networking; alternatively, comparable practical experience as a career changer (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of Juniper and/or Arista is desirable
- Willingness to learn new areas and continuously expand your expertise
- Independence and initiative
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and occasionally carry out scheduled out-of-hours changes in accordance with customer SLAs
