Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and maintain AWS and Salesforce environments across development, staging, and production
- Keep GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows running smoothly
- Manage sandbox environments, synchronize them, and resolve access issues
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies as a System Team member supporting the Agile Release Train, including PI Planning
- Collaborate with platform engineers and coordinate with System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects on platform decisions
- Monitor system health through Datadog
- Contribute to diagnosing and resolving production incidents and system outages
- Contribute to SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance activities
- Improve reliability and synchronization across development, staging, and production environments
- Support PH360, a public health technology platform serving local, state, territorial, tribal, and federal agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot AWS cloud environments across development, staging, and production
- Ability to administer Salesforce environments, including standing up and synchronizing sandboxes and resolving access issues
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Direct work experience within a local, state, territorial, tribal, or federal public health agency
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, public health informatics, or a closely related field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to adhere to the no-drug workplace policy
- Must agree to undergo eVerify for employment status at hiring
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential (nice to have)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential (nice to have)
- Experience with Bash or Python scripting (nice to have)
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Datadog or similar observability platforms (nice to have)
- Experience supporting SOC 2 or HIPAA compliance programs (nice to have)
