About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide cross-product management across Ontic’s portfolio
- Co-own team priorities and roadmap, maximizing productivity and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other product teams to align work with overall goals and functional vision
- Lead product discovery, including customer interviews, validation cycles, and internal stakeholder insight gathering
- Identify and validate opportunities to apply AI or automation based on business impact, user value, and practical implementation
- Translate user feedback, market insights, and product strategy into actionable requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Drive day-to-day execution with engineering and design to scope, build, and deliver high-quality features
- Refine team processes and sprint rituals to improve clarity, consistency, and delivery outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product delivery with company goals and strategic initiatives
- Define and execute cross-product operational efforts, including quarterly roadmap refreshes
- Assist the VP, Product with cross-product strategic initiatives such as roadmapping
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience
- Track record of delivering impactful B2B SaaS products
- Experience working in a dynamic work environment with broad focus
- Familiarity with AI-powered product features or automation use cases
- Ability to assess impact and prioritize AI or automation use cases
- Strong discovery skills and ability to translate user insights into validated, high-value solutions
- Comfortable driving execution in agile environments with fast-moving teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring other PMs or leading by example within a high-performing product team
- Familiarity with security or risk management domains is a plus
- Strong preference for Austin TX based candidates
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
