About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage IT procurement by sourcing, comparing, and ordering hardware, software, and licenses according to budget and internal policies
Create, configure, and remove user accounts, access rights, and employee devices during onboarding and offboarding
Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and track laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other office equipment
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and licenses
Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and escalate issues to vendors when needed
Collaborate with Security and other teams to ensure IT processes follow banking standards
Keep Tbilisi office personnel and equipment operating smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or a similar role
Fluent English, written and spoken
Hands-on experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Experience with user account and access management
Organized, reliable, and able to manage several requests at once
Experience in a bank or another financial institution (nice to have)
Familiarity with IT security practices in a regulated environment (nice to have)
Must be legally authorized to work in Georgia
Must not hold another job alongside this position
