What you’ll need- Advanced expertise in software architecture and systems design
- Proven ability to evaluate complex technical trade-offs involving scalability, reliability, cost, latency, and maintainability
- Demonstrated success designing platforms and services that support multiple teams and business functions
- Extensive experience identifying and mitigating systemic risks before they become operational issues
- Strong technical communication skills with a history of creating influential architectural documentation and engineering standards
- Proven ability to drive technical alignment and influence decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
- Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, governance, and responsible implementation practices
- Advanced proficiency using AI-powered tools to accelerate software development while maintaining quality and security standards
- Experience reviewing, validating, and governing AI-assisted engineering solutions
- Strong understanding of platform reliability, observability, security, and operational excellence
- Experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives and technical migrations
- Knowledge of agentic workflows, orchestration patterns, and AI-native software development approaches
- Demonstrated success improving engineering effectiveness through automation and intelligent systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
